Kenli's first Kinder Field Trip

We had a great time at the farm picking veggies, petting goats, playing on the playground, and taking a hay ride! It was a long day that ended in dirty farm feet and a very long bus ride home!

The Human Body

Jace has monthly family projects for school. October they were learning about the human body so the assignment was to make a diagram using anything around the house. We all had such a good time working together... my favorite parts are the feet (we used a Maci's foot prints!) and the knee caps (we used bottle caps he he)!

Monkey See Monkey Do

Do I even have to say how freaken cute she is? I didn't think so... Miss Maci loved Halloween her favorite part was the lolly pops! She was so good for all are Halloween events even when she was over tired she kept on keepen on!

Sitting Boy Say Hooow!

Projects, Projects, and more Projects

So I bought paint for my kitchen during the summer and I finally tackled it with lots of help from my honey! Its pretty appleiciouse if you ask me now I cant wait to paint my cabinets!

1 of Maci's Many Hobbies

This little girl like many children her age love the toilet paper! We are very good at keeping her away from toilets and toilet paper usually but every once in a while a door gets left open which results in a mess and a very happy baby girl! After she was done playing in it we sang the clean up song and she helped me pick it all up!

Getting to know Maci

I don't know about all of you but I love getting to know my kids! Today I learned that Maci loves sugar snap peas. I pulled a hand full out for my self and as usual she wants whatever mommy has. So I handed her one thinking she would put it in her mouth and spit it out. But no she chomped away and signed more and pleases so fast you would think she was having a seizure! So I sit down to share with her and she was shoving them in her mouth as if she new the faster she ate them the less I would eat an the more she would get! Now if I could just get my Honey to eat something green!

Results of an All Night-er

Most everyone has seen the unfinished bed spread I was making for Kenli! Well after a year of sitting in a closet Aubrey got me motivated to finish it. I had trouble deciding weather to hire someone to professionally quilt the blanket, just tie it, or attempt to quilt it myself. I'm not a big fan of the tie look so Aubrey convinced me that we could quilt it(even though neither of us had ever done any quilting). Aub was able to borrow a quilting frame and we got started Monday afternoon, we weren't able to get very far before I had to be home for the kids. I headed back to Aubrey's after the kids were in bed to work on the quilting some more. We didn't really know how long it was going to take but enjoyed talking and stitching (I did most of the talking and she did most of the stitching!). For anyone that knows us we can get a little carried away with are crafting! And now we are happy to say we know how long it takes to quilt a blanket! We finished the stitching about 5am and then having only a half hour before needing to be up to get the kids ready for school we decided there was no point in going to bed why not sew the edges of the quilt and have it completely finished! I love the result sooooo much it turned out so much better than I imagined! I am very very grateful to have such an Awesome, Amazing,Smart,and Talented sister so close I am so very blessed! I love you Aubrey Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Birthday Girl!

Happy Birthday my sweet baby girl! Your first year has been so much fun! I hope the next year is as wonderful as the last(if only it could go by a little slower)!

Potty Training a 11month Old!

Yeah right I am not that stupid! She did go poop on the potty though amazing right? So Maci and I had just had a shower and I always let her free bird for a bit afterward... well I was brushing my hair an all of a sudden I hear her start grunting so I grabbed her a did the only thing I could think of and sat her on the potty. She immediately started pooping and when she finished she giggled as if she new what an accomplishment it was!

Back to School

There was a lot of rushing so the pictures are not that great! But the kids were stoked to start school! Kenli started kinder and she was not nervous at all she could not wait(nothing like her mother was)! Jace was ready and handled it like an old pro!

Maci loves drinking out of grown up drinks! She begged and begged for her daddy's Dr Pepper...so when it was empty he gave it to her she thought she hit the jackpot!

So I am considering quiting blogging It seem like no one reads it I will get one or two comment here or there but most of the time nothing and its just not worth the trouble if no one is reading it!

Ten Months and Walking

Fourth of July

The parade was fun as always unfortunately I was not very good about taking pictures so this is all I have. I am really sad cause Kenli an Maci had home made matching outfits and I didn't get even one pic of Maci. I also meant to get one taken of all of us and as you can see that didn't happen either! Oh and Jace is super happy cause he had a bad stomach ache that miraculously healed after a trip to the restroom!

Heritage Park

My Family went to Heritage Park while in Utah and it was tons of fun the kids enjoyed the crafts an pony ride and train ride! It is a great place to go if your ever in Utah an looking for something to do!

Death Grip

Apparently are baby girl has a death grip she can hang like this for almost a minute and loves every second of it. She giggled till she couldn't hold on any more an then she would get frantic!

Missi's Dairy

Kenli was scared the first time they lifted the bucket to the highest point I told her if she was scared she could sit on the side an watch all the other kids have a good time she decided she wasn't scared real quick!

The kids had a great time at the dairy jumping out of the tractor into the cotton seed they had an even better time being buried in the cotton seed! Thanx Missi and Cody for such a great time!
