Project #2

Our second project was painting Jaces room we wanted to do it before we go pick him up from Utah. It will be a great surprise he will be so excited!
w e had a casualty Kenlee couldn't hang with the big dogs and she passed out on the floor with her paint roller in hand!


The finished product looks great I love it but it was a little pain full I started taping and prepping at 2 on Sat. I didn't stop painting till 12:30 when Paul made me throw in the towel and go to bed! I finished Sunday morning. The reason it took to long is my tape job did not hold up the way it was suppose to and I had to go back with white touch up paint and fix the stripes it took for ever but it was worth it in the end!

Project #1

Tess and Aubrey helped me Paint Kenlee and Maci's room. Aubrey got stuck doing the hardest part she measured marked and taped the diamonds. She did an awesome job it took a while but it looks amazing! Thank you Aubrey and Tess! Oh and Paul helped to he taped the ceiling he didn't like me up on the ladder!

New member of our Family

This is Roxy she came from Utah to live with us! Jace and Kenlee love animals and have been wanting one for a long time! I couldn't handle a dog right now and my sisters cat just happened to have kittens so we decided to give a kitten a try! So far it has been great she is fun to have around and the kids love her! Roxy got her head stuck in this candle stand I was really nervous cause I couldn't get her out and thought I was going to have to call someone to cut it off her! After a few minutes of trying to get her to calm down and turning her every which way I got her out! She doesn't play by it anymore!
Here is her favorite thing to play with as of late! It use to be a decorative wreath but Missi's dog chewed it all up so now we let Roxy play with it!

CHAMPS!

Paul Played softball on a city league with a bunch of his friends! They played such a great season only loosing a few games! They took first in the league so they got a trophy for that and then Tuesday night was the championships which were single elimination games. They played their first( Paul pitched) and won so went on to play the second were Paul pitched again and they won that one to! The last game Paul started but decided to give there usual pitcher a go at the final game and it was a close game neck and neck the hole time but we pulled it out in the end and took home the big trophy, some sassy t-shirts and the next season they get a discount! It was lots of fun to go watch their games and even better to see them win! Can't wait till next season!

Getting together

So Saturday my hole family got together! My mom and dad, Brother Mike and his family, and sister Missi and her family all came in from Utah for baby Elsi's Blessing! So we BBQed and swam. Jace Got thrown around a lot by his uncles! And then I made the mistake of pushing Becki in so she made it her goal in life to get me in! She couldn't get me in on her own she wasn't strong enough but Missi so willingly came to help! We all went in but not without a few battle wounds I got smacked in the back of the head with the chair I was sitting in it didn't feel very good! I had decided before we got there that I did not want to swim so I was not very happy about going in!!!! That was the end of the night for me!
